I'm Rhiannon Doherty
Founder of Busy Mum Club | Certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor | Postpartum & Pregnancy Trainer | Mum of 1 + 2 bonus kiddos
Hi! I'm Rhiannon - a Pilates & Yoga Instructor, as well as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Trainer & busy mum just like you. I have 1 toddler & 2 bonus kids; 13 & 7, so I know what it feels like to genuinely have NO (or little) time for yourself! Especially if you're a mumma who puts everyone & everything else first. Sometimes, it's not always easy or possible to get to the gym with little ones (OR do a long 60 minute home workout - hello anxiety about all the washing staring at me) & you just need something short & sweet to do at home. I AM YOU. I have created this online studio so you can train just like me. All workouts are hard, fast & can be done in either 10, 15 or 20 minutes. Ladies, please know you don't need to do anything crazy to see results, you just need to be consistent. Pilates & Yoga are the ultimate combo, creating strength & length in your body to sculpt that feminine figure. Pilates & Yoga will transform your body & I can't wait for you to fall in love with these 2 practices.
