Our Soften classes are designed to melt away unwanted stress, open your body, & to lengthen & strengthen. Soften classes are a blend of Vinyasa Yoga & Stretch classes to suit any preferene of practicing. The aim is to open your body, whether you like to flow or just get a quick stretch in.Ā
