Founder of Busy Mum Club | Certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor | Postpartum & Pregnancy Trainer | Mum of 1 + 2 bonus kiddos

I created this online studio for women who want effective workouts that fit into real life. No long sessions, no overwhelm - just strong, dynamic workouts you can do at home in 10, 15 or 20 minutes.

You don’t need extremes to see results. You just need consistency. Pilates and Yoga together build strength, improve movement, and help you feel confident in your body again.
